Dry Onion — export-grade specification
Cultivated in the arid belts of Gujarat, our onions are washed, sliced and hot-air dehydrated within hours of harvest — locking in colour, aroma and pungency. Consistent particle size and low moisture make it ideal for seasoning blends, snack coatings, sauces and instant meals.
